About KM Coatings Mfg., Inc.

KM Coatings has been manufacturing quality roof coatings since 1986 in Phoenix, Arizona. KM has a very large customer base in the Western United States, along with national accounts like AutoZone Corporation. In fact, KM has supplied the AutoZone Group with our materials for seven (7) years and thus far, over 3,000 of their retail stores have been coated throughout the United States. All of KM's materials has been tested under ASTMD-6083 Test Methods, which is the standard for roof coatings in this country. Further, all of KM's top caots have been tested at Underwriters Lab (UL), with Class A ratings.

KM's products are typically applied over existing smooth surfaced or granulated built up roofs, modified bitumen (torch down) roofs, spray poly urethane and single ply roofing materials. KM routinely has produced materials to caot galvaized metal roofs, as well as coating over aged single ply roofing surfaces.
